Phoca Modules • Phoca Top Menu: Check/ edit menu items

Hello,
where can I edit Menu Items of the Alternative Phoca Main Menu?

I would like to have the Dashboard Menu point for regular users as well. At the moment it is only at the admin user.

Admin Menu, top menu is Joomla standard, the second one is the alternative phoca main menu
