on your server. If so, simply create a category in Phoca Gallery and assign your images from the folder to this category using 'Multiple Add'. The required thumbnails will then be created.

Yes, of course, provided that this folder is located within /images/phocagallery/I already have a folder with all the images that I would like to be showed by phoca gallery.
