The .xml installation file cannot be found because this package does not contain one. Unzip the package locally on your computer and copy the five folders it contains into the YOOtheme folder for overrides. Since I don't use Yootheme, I can't tell you which one that is. For Cassiopeia the path is: /templates/cassiopeia/html/
Ask the Yootheme support which is the YOOtheme override folder.
