Phoca Gallery • Disable sort drop down in frontend

Hi,
is it possible to disable the sort trop down in the frontend?
I've installed Joomla 5.3.0 / Phoca Gallery 5.0.3

I hope someone can tell me, how I can solve my problem. I haven't found any option in the configuration. Perhapx I've overlooked the button.
