Hi, as default there is no such option for shipping method, so for this some plugin needs to be created. The system is ready for getting such or similar information and it stores them in order tables. But the displaying such points needs to be done by plugin ![:idea:]( "Idea")
I can imagine, such plugin will have option to create own pickup points, such can be then displayed in checkout as options, user can select one and such info will be stored in order (the same way like in Packeta plugin).![:idea:]( "Idea")
