Phoca Cart • Pagination not working

I'm sorry to have to ask this. I searched but couldn't find it.

I know I had the same problem on my test system and I solved it, but can't remember how.

In the Phoca Cart Configuration options I have:
Display Pagination (Category, Items View): Display
Display Select Box Top (Category, Items View): Display
Display Pagination Labels: Yes
Display Switch Layout Type: Display
Pagination Limit (Category, Items View): Disabled

All the rest is disabled.

I only get to see the first page results, but no pagination buttons.

Any ideas? Suggestions welcome! Thanks!
