Hi, see similar posts in this forum. Payment is based on stock not on products or categories as there are logical conflicts.

What happens in your example when in cart there will be two products, one from category A, second from category C:

a) should only PayPal be displayed? ... wrong
b) or only Stripe? ... wrong
c) or both? wrong because C belongs not to PayPal, A belongs not to Stripe
d) or nothing? wrong ...
