Phoca Download • "0 Call to a member function format() on bool" when changing item

Hi,
I receive this error "0 Call to a member function format() on bool" when changing an article and a category.
When I edit such an item I get the error message.
But when I create a new item it works fine.

What can I do to resolve it?
