Phoca Download • Frontend not listing all files in category tree after migrating from Joomla 3 to Joomla 4

Hello,

I am migrating my website to Joomla 4 and some files disappeared from the frontend category tree listing.
All the files that has disappeared are still accessible and downloadable with file links, but just not showing in category tree.

Configuration before migration:
Joomla 3.10.11
PhocaDownload 3.2.3

Configuration after migration:
Joomla 4.4.4
PhocaDownload 4.0.9
